Attorney Royce E. Hoskins is a graduate of Texas Tech University and the Baylor University Law School. He formerly served as a law clerk for Hon. Lucius D. Bunton III, Senior District Judge, and Hon. Royal Ferguson, District Judge of the Western District of Texas from 1993-1994.
Attorney Royce Hoskins is admitted to practice law in all New Mexico state courts, all Texas state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of Texas and District of New Mexico, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
